Professional Experince

Mishka Is the lead when it comes to the services available while Aubrie is the face of marketing for I (AM) Equestrians and corresponding affiliations.

To be able to be as hands on and involved in Aubrie’s passions and future with the equine industry I, Mishka had long ago started on a professional path to work from home long before it was normal. I grew up in a family where owning your own business is just part of being in the family.

I started out working on websites in California with the US NAVY Seal Team on a project that greatly expanded to fit their needs. Through this, I learned a lot of valuable communication, and technical skills.
When I returned to Wisconsin, I started working for Kohler Company on many of their websites as a developer throughout several departments internal and external viewing including the Kohler Stables. I then went and worked for a private school and a college while supporting other local businesses like S&H Enterprises and Horn Enterprises as a web designer and architect. I grew in my skills again taking on a role with BOLDT starting to expand more into applications and website visual designer. I got an amazing offer and transferred to Crowley company ultimately moving into an application architect role within website and design.

While I was working full time for these companies I took on side projects supporting other businesses like White Brick Salon which I helped grow from a single chair to a full salon between the website, social media and strategy planning for her social media. Lauren’s Boujee Boutique as an additional Social Media Admin and creating materials for her store to help with confusion of clients she was experiencing prior.
I took on equine businesses like Beaver Creek Saddle Club before handing it off in September as well as KEY Horsemanship to help support one of Aubrie’s trainers. One of the newest projects I have took on is Sundance Horse Farm. Out of this, I saw a need for helping better support the equine industry in this way. I have decided to take my professional and equine experience to create I (AM) Equestrians a business dedicated to furthering and supporting equine businesses.
I believe with my wide knowledge from owning a barn, to owning horses, to training, to showing, being a lesson student, rider, to recovery of horses has helped me to give a unique perspective when working with you on your equine business. The skills I have had to develop throughout my life assisting in wide variety of companies has helped me to be able to cover a wide variety of needs to better serve your equine business.

Each year I (AM) Equestrians makes it a mission to roll over some of the profit into bettering and furthering the Equestrian Community. A theme or goal to support a certain part of the industry is picked and the profits go to that. Last year, it was to support Equine Photographers. Several photoshoots were done which was able to accomplish further recommendations for clientele and expanding business to these photographers.

Aubrie is the model for I (AM) Equestrians social media and our affiliations.
