Pricing -Due to how little or much is needed our prices adjust according to your needs so you are not paying for more than necessary for your specific business. We strive to be able partner and work with you to determine what is right for you. After all, we are in the business of delivering customized solutions to fit each business no matter how big or small. So, shouldn’t our pricing be the same?

What to Expect

When starting the journey with I (AM) Equestrians we like to be as much hands on as possible throughout the entire process no matter what area you are looking to hire us for. Emailing and Phone are great and sometimes the only option depending on distance. However, If I can meet in person I prefer to or to do a virtual call to start off. This just helps to make sure that we are looking at the same things and start off on the right foot.

From there I like to then come up with a couple of estimate quotes. These will always be a tiny bit higher than what I truly think will be needed to account for any unexpected troubleshooting that may come up. I would rather tell you it ended up being less than more. With that being said, I will always provide options and I will also communicate if the price ends up being lower. I truly strive to be fair in pricing and transparent. Once an estimate and direction is chosen, I will send you a contract. I prefer both parties have signed copies. No work will start until the contract is completed, the down payment is received and if needed any items requested for you product are also provided.

Once that is all taken care then I will start the work on your product. About half way through, I request a Touch Base meeting to ensure that we are still on the same page, address any questions if they come up, talk through anything I think is missing that could be good for you to have and any additional items I may need.

Then we will have a Final Sign Off meeting. This is where I will provide you with your finished product and depending on what product you have requested any additional materials that would go with it and potentially any training if needed. At this time the last portion of the payment would be received.

I try hard to be able to support any of my clients and want them to truly communicate with me. If there are any questions after the Sign Off please feel free to reach out to me and additionally if anything comes up. I will try to work with you as best as I can.
